1. Information we process

  • Information you provide: your name, email, telephone number where supplied, delivery and billing addresses, account details, order requests, correspondence and any review you submit.
  • Order and payment records: purchased products, amounts, currencies, discounts, payment status, delivery details and refunds. A payment provider made available at checkout handles the payment information required for its service. Please do not email complete card details or security codes to us.
  • Technical and browsing information: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, session or cookie identifiers, timestamps, language and currency preferences, and information about errors and site performance. IP addresses and identifiers can be personal information.

We receive information from you, from your browser when you visit, and from service providers involved in an order or site operation. We do not ask customers to provide medical records or sensitive information for advertising. Please avoid including such information in reviews or routine support messages.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We use information to respond to enquiries, maintain accounts, process orders and payments, arrange delivery, resolve returns, and communicate about transactions. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on performing a contract or taking requested steps before a contract.

We process necessary records to comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal obligations. Information essential to an order may be needed for us to fulfil it; optional marketing choices are not a condition of purchase.

3. Recipients and service providers

Our store uses Next Commerce for ecommerce hosting, store functionality and order administration. Hosting, content delivery, technical support and performance-monitoring providers may process technical information to operate the site. The current storefront includes New Relic monitoring code for performance and error diagnostics.

When used for your transaction, payment processors, delivery and fulfilment providers receive the information necessary to perform their services. Customer-support, professional-adviser and legal-authority disclosures are limited to the relevant purpose or legal requirement.

4. Advertising and AppLovin

At this policy’s update date, Kamumi has not enabled an AppLovin advertising integration on this storefront. If enabled, AppLovin will be an advertising and measurement partner. Depending on the integration and your choices, it may receive device and browser identifiers, IP address, page and shopping events, purchase value and currency, and permitted matching information. AppLovin may use that information to measure campaigns, personalize advertising and improve its advertising services, including AI-powered technology.

Before enabling that integration, we will provide a visible notice and consent controls and apply the permissions required for your location. We will not send sensitive health information or children’s information to AppLovin. Optional advertising processing will be subject to the choices explained when it is enabled.

5. Cookies and your choices

Store technologies support sessions, security, carts and preferences. Technical monitoring may also process browser and usage information. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking essential storage can affect store functions. Browser settings are separate from any consent required before optional tracking is used.

If optional advertising or analytics is introduced, its consent interface must allow you to accept, reject non-essential technologies or manage preferences, and to change that choice later. Requests concerning cookie or advertising preferences can also be sent to support@kamumi.com.

Marketing emails, when offered, have an unsubscribe option. You can also email us to stop marketing. Order-related messages can continue where necessary. A general browser Do Not Track setting is different from a legally recognized opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control. You can contact us to exercise an applicable opt-out right regardless of your browser settings.

6. Retention

Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements. Order and financial records are retained for the period required for accounting, tax, consumer obligations and relevant claims. Account data is retained while needed to maintain the requested account, subject to necessary legal records. Support correspondence is retained while resolving the issue and any related dispute. Security and diagnostic information is retained only for the operational or investigation period for which it is needed. Marketing preferences are retained until withdrawn, with a limited suppression record where needed to respect an opt-out. We delete or de-identify information when there is no remaining lawful need, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.

7. International processing and security

We are based in the United States. Our platform and service providers may process information in other countries. Where transfer restrictions apply, an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and safeguards are required. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and service to protect personal information. No website can guarantee absolute security. If a breach requires notification, we will provide it within the applicable legal timeframe.

8. Privacy rights and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion or portability of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of targeted advertising and sale or sharing of personal information. Advertising disclosures can qualify as “sale” or “sharing” under some laws even without a cash payment.

Email support@kamumi.com with the subject “Privacy request” and describe what you would like us to do. For an advertising opt-out, you may use “Do not sell or share my personal information.” We may request proportionate verification for access or deletion. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide a suitable channel. Authorized agents may contact us as permitted by law.

We will handle requests within applicable deadlines and explain any lawful exception. You will not be penalized for exercising a protected right. Where applicable, you may appeal a refusal by replying with “Privacy appeal”, and complain to the data protection or privacy authority in your jurisdiction. EEA and UK residents may contact their local supervisory authority.

9. Children

This store is intended for adult purchasers and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take the steps required by law, including deletion where appropriate.
