These terms govern the Kamumi store at kamumi.com. Your seller and contracting party is Glovestar Trading INC, an Iowa corporation operating the Kamumi brand. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Glovestar Trading INC.
Kamumi is operated by Glovestar Trading INC.

1. Using our store
You must have legal capacity to make a purchase. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep your account credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized activity.
You may browse and shop for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate another person, introduce harmful software, access other customers’ information, interfere with checkout or misuse our services.
2. Products and orders
Kamumi offers hair cleansing and hair care products. Review the description, size, ingredients, directions and warnings for the particular product before purchasing. Photographs may appear differently on different screens, but this does not remove your right to receive goods that match their description.
Submitting an order is a request to buy the listed items. An automatic receipt confirms that we received the request; it is not a guarantee of availability. We accept the order when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items and associated delivery charges as required by law. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
If a price or product detail is materially incorrect, we will contact you about the correction and allow you to cancel for a refund. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
3. Prices, currencies and payment
Our base prices are set in US dollars. The United States market uses USD; supported international markets display their configured local currency. Currency conversion and price rounding can affect displayed amounts. The currency and total shown at checkout are the amounts you authorize, including displayed shipping charges, discounts and taxes. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees.
Only payment methods actually offered at checkout are available. Additional import charges, if applicable and not collected at checkout, must be disclosed in the delivery information before you order. A promotion applies only to the products, period and conditions stated with it.
4. Delivery and shipping charges
Delivery is available only to supported destinations accepted at checkout, subject to product and carrier restrictions. We do not promise delivery to every country or address.
For USD orders, the configured shipping charge is US$5.99 below the US$45.98 free-shipping threshold; qualifying orders of US$45.98 or more receive free shipping, without an upper order-value limit. Other supported currencies have local shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds. The applicable local amount and any shipping discount are shown at checkout before payment.
Processing time and transit time are different. Any delivery estimate supplied with your order should be read with the stated processing time and destination. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you, explain the revised timing and offer cancellation and a refund where required. A delay does not remove your statutory remedies.
If a parcel is missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. A tracking status alone does not waive your rights against us. Nothing in these terms transfers shipping risk to you earlier than applicable consumer law permits.
Our Shipping Policy explains handling of up to 3 business days and estimated transit of 10–20 business days after dispatch. These are separate periods; we do not offer a blanket same-day dispatch guarantee.
5. Changes, cancellations and product problems
Our Refund & Return Policy provides a 30-day voluntary return window for unused, unopened products, in addition to mandatory consumer rights.
Email support@kamumi.com promptly with your order number to request a change or cancellation. We will explain whether fulfilment can still be stopped. Dispatch does not cancel any applicable right to withdraw from a distance purchase or seek a remedy for defective goods.
For a damaged, incorrect or defective item, describe the problem and provide your order details. Photographs can help where reasonably available; they are not an absolute condition for exercising a legal right. Please contact us for the correct return instructions before posting a parcel. The company office address is not an authorized return warehouse. An internal return reference or our response time does not shorten a statutory notification deadline.
Refunds that are due will be returned to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Your bank’s posting time is separate from our refund processing obligations. No term here limits a mandatory refund, replacement, repair or cancellation right.
6. Consumer rights
Mandatory protections in your place of residence continue to apply. These include applicable distance-selling cancellation rights in the UK and EEA, and consumer guarantees in Australia and New Zealand. A hygiene-related restriction can apply only where the law permits it; it does not remove remedies for faulty or misdescribed products. Statutory defect claims are not limited to seven days after delivery.
7. Product information and responsible use
Follow the product label and use directions. Do not use an ingredient to which you are allergic, and stop use if irritation occurs. Product information is not personalized medical advice. Cosmetic care descriptions are not a promise to diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition. This section does not reduce our obligations concerning product safety, accuracy or quality.
8. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to contact us about privacy rights. Accepting these purchase terms does not by itself provide consent to optional advertising cookies or promotional messages. Essential communications about an order are separate from marketing preferences.
9. Website content and customer reviews
Content on this site belongs to us or its respective rights holders. You may use it for personal shopping and as otherwise permitted by law. Contact us before reusing protected material commercially. Any review you choose to submit should reflect a real experience and must not disclose someone else’s private information. Submitting a review permits us to display it in connection with the relevant product; it does not require a positive review or waive your complaint rights.
10. Responsibility, disputes and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, unsafe or defective goods, or personal injury. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over any conflicting wording. We do not require you to waive a statutory right to bring a claim in an available court or use an available consumer dispute procedure.
Please first contact us about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and applicable United States federal law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence or the right to use courts or remedies available under those laws. These terms do not impose an exclusive foreign forum or mandatory arbitration.
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a new date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an accepted order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
